Full refund of entry fee, if you cancel your entry prior to 30 days before the event date.

50% Refund of entry fee, if you cancel your entry between 30 days and 7 days before the event date.

No Refund if you cancel your entry less than 7 days before the event.

Please note:

We do not offer a deferment to the following year’s event.

Cancellation of the Event due to Extreme Weather, COVID or other Government Restrictions – should an event have to be cancelled due to circumstances outside of our control, we will seek to refund as much of the entry fee that we can to participants, after any necessary expenses have been paid to our suppliers.
